Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.
Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Including Gentle Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Mindful Yoga.
Punching and kicking combinations get your body moving and your heart pumping!
Work with partners on mitts and and/on heavy bags.
All of these classes are
self-paced and modifications can be provided whenever necessary!
